Being new in town can be taxing especially when you still do not know anybody and you have a plumbing problem.  I am what you call a city girl who has never held a pair of pliers in her whole life let along a wrench.  I know the existence of those things but I do not have any idea on how to use it.  So you can imagine my consternation when I suddenly had a drain problem in my bathroom.  I was starting to panic because I feared that the place will be flooded if I do not do anything about it.

Good thing, I was able to ask my landlord the number of the nearest plumbers with 24hr service Tampa Bay area.  So I gave them a call and someone came to my place within the hour since I placed the call.  That alone made them earn my respect.

After showing them the problem, they immediately set to work to fix it.  I did not want to get in the way so I stayed clear of the bathroom.  After an hour or two, they informed me that the problem is fixed.  Problem solved in less than a day!
