Raising a family in a city takes a lot of precautionary measures to make sure that my family, especially my children will have a safe life. For example, I personally drive them to school because I don’t want them to ride the school bus. I also prepare snacks and lunches for them so that they won’t have to buy in the school’s cafeteria. City life is sometimes harsh even for children. As a mother, I want them to maximize the enjoyment children are supposed to have. So I am doing all I can to give them just that.

At home, I also make sure that I provide my children with a healthy environment, where they can play, learn and have fun the safest way possible. I have installed a lot of safety features in my house, especially in their rooms. And since I know that while playing, they tend to touch a lot of things that might be carrying diseases or the likes I also decided to install a purell instant hand sanitizer in each of their rooms, and in any other places in the house so that hand sanitizers will just be of arms length all the time. Also, since our house is open for all their friends, I also decided to have automatic faucets so that these commonly used things will also be free from human contact thus also free from contamination.

All in all, mommies like me, with the help a technology, can make city life beautiful.

For the past 10 years that we have been running our family business we have never been a part of the community affairs until one day I decided that it is time to make some change. The local government of our town holds an annual business fare that includes an awarding of business establishments on the areas based on income, cleanliness, friendliness and community involvement. And so I thought, why not become a part of it?

Odd as it may seem my goal was to win on the cleanliness and I am the kind of person who never accepts defeat. From the day I signed up I made sure my business is well taken cared for in terms of cleanliness. My first step was to find a reliable supplier for cleaning materials and luckily I found one that is not going to cost me much but will assure me the trophy. I got a deal that provides janitorial supplies directly to customers at a wholesale price. It also assures safety supplies.

Fortunate as I have always been I got the award. Not only that I made real good changes on my business but at the same time I stood as a living example. Thanks to my cleaning supplies provider.

I hate watching the news. I feel that there is so much violence and chaos. But then again, that is reality and there is nothing I can do about it. I need to know what is happening all over the world and I need to equip myself of the present times. But how can I do that without feeling too emotionally bad all the time?

Then, the best assignment my teacher could ever give is the topic about Current Events News. Ack! I thought I was doomed! I need to watch the news and be melancholy once again. How I wish there was a way for me to be informed and yet feel light-hearted.

My classmates and I were in the library and they told me about a website that offers up to date news but with a twist. I became curious and checked it out. True to their word, it was a fresh site that gives out reports in a biblical sense. I got my assignment there and it was not sad at all!

I could not believe that my report went well. I was able to elaborate the topic and answered all questions. People lauded me because of the insights of my report. Two thumbs up to this website! It didn’t just help my reports easier; it also entertained influenced me to read about news.
