When my father died, the 4-bedroom house was already too big for me.  I had been single for the last decade and never had plans of marrying again.  The marriage was great but when I learned that I could not have a baby, I decided to be single forever.  Staying in such a big house was no longer money-wise.  I decided then to sell it and transferred to a smaller house or bachelor – type apartment.  I called my friend whose part time job was doing carpentry works and pools and asked inputs from him.

He came to the house next day.  The walls needed to be painted again.  He knew of house paint Raleigh that could do the repaint.  They had wide variety of paints too.  Since the floor needed to be replaced too, I asked if he knew of a carpentry shop that can also change my floor to a different material.  The remodeling company that my friend recommended had flooring services, home decoration and design services aside from interior/exterior painting services.  We called the company and I was also grateful when they had provided me with free quotation of the entire restructuring of the house. 

The house was sold just a matter of months after it was remodeled.
