We have put fixed awnings in the windows of our office, doing safety precautions before the rainy season starts again. My office had once been destroyed by a storm. A two story building located in Washington, it has been once damaged when a huge storm came down and broke through our glass windows. For the next two days, our files, portfolio, and equipments have been drenched totally with water. That was such an unforgettable experience that being located in that office has been a trauma to me. My husband and I have been working in a promotion and advertising company, and when that rain came, all our projects were lost!

We learned our lesson, and so, we had some awnings in our office windows. I don’t know when there’ll be a storm or a hurricane that will penetrate our office next. But right now, I’m a bit of at eased because the awnings will help minimize the impact of rain in our place. I love the new look too! It gives us a formal yet more welcoming feel! After the storm our office is standing strong again, and looking even better with these fixed canopies outside. I know that somehow, we’ve done a good step in protecting our company office.
