I really wanted to buy a laptop for my sister who’s going to college this fall. However, I could not afford to buy her a new one yet for my savings isn’t enough to cover the cost of a new one. I just told myself that I still had a few months to save up.  However, since my salary isn’t enough yet, I started to look for other options as to where I can get the money.  My friend suggested that I sell old jewelry because she knows that I do have some that I have kept over the years as part of my collection of gifts from relatives.  I have some pieces that I rarely use for they are either so out of style or I just don’t like them at all. 

I searched for a place in town where I could sell diamond jewelry and give me a high price however my search was futile.  They quoted me way below than what I expected the price of the jewelry to be so I turned to the Internet. I know that I would be able to find a shop or store that was willing to buy my jewelry at a high price and I was not disappointed. I got the check after three days of sending them the jewelry.  Now I have a happy sister who is excited because we will be going shopping later for her new laptop.
