Cleaning And Safety Supplies Did Not Get Ordered

I thought that our company was completely stocked up on everything we needed to get through the next few months. I have to have surgery, and will not be around to make sure that everything gets ordered and done so I thought that I had placed triple orders last month. That does not seem to be the case though, since we do not have enough cleaning products or safety supplies.
My maintenance man came into my office this morning to ask me what he should do about not having the right equipment and cleaning products for the rest of the month. I was shocked and told him that I thought he should have more than enough. In fact, I told him all about my extra ordering. He took me to the supply closet and showed me that it was almost empty. I had to call and find out what happened to my order and the woman told me that I had checked the box on the order form, to suspend orders for three months.
I do not know how I did that, but then I got nervous and started checking around the office. I guess that I must have checked the same box for the safety supplies, since there were only a few bandages and some gauze in the first aid kit. It should have been completely full with extra supplies next to it but it was not. I sent rush orders for everything that was needed to insure it was delivered before I left this week.
